Before completing your booking, please note our key policies: Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations and 12 hours' notice to reschedule. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients, but the full appointment fee will still apply.
